Our RPMS system allows for the control and administration of patient appointments for up to fifteen rooms or modalities.

Each appointment uses lookup functionality to source information from the patient master file and the referring doctors master file but this is not mandatory so that appointment information can be entered as quickly as possible.

Patient information may also be copied and moved to provide easy entry of multiple appointments. The appointments information is also integrated with the accounts functionality so that details need not be entered more than once. The appointments display is colour coded to highlight important facts such as emergency alerts for patients with asthma etc, patients who have more than one appointment and appointments for which an account has already been generated.
